1. Program description

Adam Cervera for Broward County School Board, District 6 offers a text messaging program that sends campaign updates, event invitations, voting reminders, election information and volunteer opportunities to people who have opted in.

2. How to opt in

You can join by submitting the sign up form on our website and checking the consent box, or by texting JOIN to 954-778-8405. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month, with more frequent messages close to Election Day.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at 954-778-8405.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.

8. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
